Guys…this is my first successful meal that I cooked from scratch :’)
I stir fried onions, garlic, mushrooms and napa cabbage with sesame oil, soy sauce, miso stock, chopped chilli and black pepper. Then I cooked udon noodles in a separate pot of hot water and added the half cooked udon noodles to the pan and waited till it’s fully cooked. 😀

Still looks really noobie but not bad for someone who couldn’t even cook instant noodles properly!

I wanna try this with different ingredients like bell peppers and different kinds of veges next time!
